How Long will it take to process my orders?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. However, if your order requires further information, such as sizing, it will take longer. 


How long will it take my order to ship? 
All of our items are handmade. Shipping times may vary. It may take up to 2 weeks for your items to ship. Custom orders may take additional time to create and ship. This will be communicated clearly with each order. We thank you in advance for your patience. 


Can you do custom orders? 
Absolutely! We love custom orders and can accommodate most requests. Just reach out to us in the Contact section, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 


What if my item arrives damaged?
We strive to provide quality handmade items at competitive pricing. If your items arrive damaged, we will ask for a picture of the damage and will replace the item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


What if my item says delivered, but I didn't receive the item?
All of our shipments are sent with USPS Priority Mail and will come with a tracking number. All USPS Priority Mail Shipments are insured for up to $100 of the cost of the item. Items are insured against loss, damage, and rifling. Please insure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If USPS shows that the item has been delivered, we will not be able to replace or refund the items. 




What is your return/refund policy?
We strive to provide quality handmade items at competitive pricing. If you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund may be requested. The item must be returned with shipping paid at the purchasers expense. Once we receive the item back in the condition that it was shipped, we will process a full refund.
